2013 Erotic Literature Reading Challenge

[check back for image/button]

2013 Erotic Literature Reading Challenge

Details: The challenge will run from January 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013. You can read short stories, novels, memoirs, or even audiobooks. Just as long as they all are considered erotica. You don’t have to pre-select what you’re going to read or submit any list prior to joining in. Just jump in and read what you want throughout the year. When you’ve finished a book, write a review on your own blog and enter the link in Mr Linky. I’d like to have a drawing periodically for an appropriately themed prize (sex toys, maybe?) . If that happens, it would be done in a drawing based on how many entries you have…so make sure you update with your reviews!

Here is a list from which to start:Best Erotica for the Well-Read Woman

I will be going for "Let’s go all the way, baby!" -12 and more.

The Bout of Books read-a-thon is organized by Amanda @ On a Book Bender and Kelly @ Reading the Paranormal. It is a week long read-a-thon that begins 12:01am Monday, January 7th and runs through Sunday, January 13th in whatever time zone you are in. Bout of Books is low-pressure, and the only reading competition is between you and your usual number of books read in a week. There are challenges, giveaways, and a grand prize, but all of these are completely optional. For all Bout of Books 6.0 information and updates, be sure to visit the Bout of Books blog. - From the Bout of Books 6.0 team

Library Books Reading Challenge 2013

I've been living off of library books for years, especially after we had to make cuts to the entertainment budget, and because we are just plain out of room in our house (and my takeover of the garage shop was an utter failure). So, might as well do a nice tracking of my reading with this challenge. "Just insert IV"

Classic Double Challenge

I love retellings, and this challenge might just help me find some new ones. I want to go for the Super Size level (4 pairs of related books). I'll post my choices when I can get a little more time to search for what I may already have in-house/on Mt. TBR.

2013 Women Challenge

This looked like another worthy challenge, and the highest level does not have an insane-high amount to fulfill. So, yes, Wonder Woman it is!

Embarrassment of Riches TBR Reading Challenge

Found this challenge via Novel Challenge also. It's just what I need to clear out my shelves. And, with the bonus challenge, my inbox.

I'm going to go for insanity again and attempt the platinum levels for both books and digital samples. That would be 50 each. The host will be asking for monthly progress reports, but I'll keep this post as a home base.

Here's another year-long reading challenge I'll be doing. There will also be monthly mini-challenges with which I'll have to keep up.

I'll work on the list later, but wanted to get this up now, while I can steal the occasional minute to type.
